Shipping and Delivery Policy

Online delivery

Programs and events are provided by INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATIVE AND FM EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED and are delivered online. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

When you receive access

After your enrolment and payment are confirmed, we send your access details, including learning platform login, schedule and live session links, to the email address and phone number you provided. This is normally within 2 working days of payment confirmation, or before the program or event start date if that is later.

Program schedule

Recorded lectures are available for you to study at your own pace. Live sessions take place on the dates and times shared with your cohort. Access periods are set out in the enrolment terms for each program.

If you have not received access

If you have not received your access details within the time above, check your spam folder and then contact the Admissions Team on +91 84606 18499 or +91 91576 56664, or at admission@iifmedu.com, with your full name and payment reference.
